Personal Trainer

I started training as a teenager to become a better athlete. I have been involved in high performance sporting setups throughout my time at school and university. Since taking a step back from playing, I have been able to coach elite athletes in the gym at a professional rugby club.

My aim is now to use my experience and knowledge to help everyone feel like athletes in how we move and feel. I hope to challenge your idea of what your body can do and break down mental barriers.
