Friday: 08:00 - 18.00

Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00

Sunday: 10:00 - 14:00

Please register your details and feel free to pop in for a tour or free gym/class trial between these times. A space is usually available for our group classes if you would like to participate.

Alternatively, for tours or gym/class trials outside of these hours, please register your details plus the date and time that you would like to attend and we will arrange for a member of the team to be meet you.
