As part of your FORGE membership, you’ll get a one-to-one consultation with our in-house nutritionist, Laura, to help fuel your training with confidence. Before your session, you’ll complete a quick food diary and consultation form, so Laura can tailor her advice to your goals and lifestyle. After the session, you’ll receive our exclusive Fitness Space cookbook packed with simple, delicious recipes to keep your nutrition on track without the stress.
Reformer Pilates
Every FORGE member also receives one free Reformer Pilates session each month – the perfect way to boost recovery, build core strength, and improve mobility. Whether you’re lifting heavier, moving better, or simply feeling less stiff, Reformer Pilates is the low-impact secret weapon that supports your training and helps prevent injury while keeping your body in balance.
