I’m a personal trainer based in London, passionate about helping people build confidence in the gym and unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally. With a background in dance, I bring a strong foundation in movement, body awareness, and discipline to my training approach.
Over the past few years, my focus has shifted toward long-distance running, strength training, and whatever new hobby I happen to come across. Whether it’s endurance cycling, swimming, golf, or something else, I’m probably trying it out! My training has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on how functional training can enhance performance and achieve remarkable results.
I work with a wide range of clients, each with unique goals, abilities, and challenges. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
