As a body-neutral coach, my focus is on developing functional strength, sustainable habits, and genuine gym confidence. I don’t believe in punishment workouts or quick fixes- I coach with intent, helping you train in a way that builds resilience physically and mentally.

My goal is simple: to help you feel powerful in your body, capable in the gym, and confident in your choices.
